I recently bought a Nigerian used Honda car and I have had several encounters with the police and they're always asking about the plate number allocation. It's a Lagos state plate number and I live here in Owerri. They claim its specifically for Lagos and FCT plate numbers. Pls I need help on how and where I can get this particular document (PLATE NUMBER ALLOCATION). Thanks!

Hello, Pls I'm expecting a package from the U.S through usps. i was able to track the package online and the last event was send item to domestic location and the next is that it was sent into domestic bag.. Does it mean I can go pick it up from my location coz I live here in Owerri? well, I'm a novice in this kind of issue that's why I need some clarification. Can anyone help me plz?
