1. No matter how stupid a court order his, all parties involved must obey it. For the avoidance of doubt, read what the supreme court said on disobedience to court order.
"The Court cited their disobedience to a Court order and it went on to the Appeal Court and the Supreme Court concurred and barred all Rivers APC aspirants from participating in the 2019 General elections.
Walter Onnoghen, then CJN held that the APC's desire to proceed with the Congresses despite a Court order was "condemnable, egregious and preposterous.”
This was nearly case from the same state. And gladly it was the same SHC that gave the order to APC then and they disobeyed it and that cost them not to have candidates for the 2019 general elections.
2. There was an existing order from the SHC that PDP suppose to appeal but they preferred to go shopping for another order from a court of coordinate jurisdiction. The reasonable question a normal human should have asked.
i. Which order first came?
ii. Why didn't PDP appeal the order from the SHC instead of going to shop for another?
iii. Why was PDP so anxious to do the congress without doing due diligence on all court orders to safe them the day?

The same order they are taken for granted and even you was the same order from the same court thy caused APC not to have candidates to field in the year 2019.

My brother, no matter how stupid an order is, it must be obeyed to the last letter. The worst is to appeal it and vacate it but trying to play smart on it, will cause you to be burnt.

You are the Olodo. This is PDP matter and you are referencing APC.

Did a Federal High Court order the PDP to go ahead with their Congress or not.

Now you value the order of the State High court while neglecting that of the Federal High Court.
