Hello guys, my gionee m5 just stopped vibrating... it didn't fall down. Just stopped like that. Is this normal for gionee m5 or is it just mine having this issues?

hi guys, i bought the e pin yesterday and tried to generate it today. they sent that a mail has been sent to my mail address but i didnt see anything of such. is that suppose to be a regular error or whats the problem?
