The storyline is scripted but i know some of the fights are not scripted.
The undertaker vs Triple H in WrestleMania where the undertaker fainted and passed out after the match is definitely not scripted.
When you say scripted, you are saying in all the matches of WWE, they already know who is going to lose or win even before the match?
If that's what you are saying then i strongly disagree.

lol, wrestling is 10000% scripted, all winners have been pre determined before the match if not they will actually kill themselves there, that's why it is called entertainment. Like not a single thing there is real. The beating they collect is real by the way, like you have to be really fit and strong to perform those stunts, that's why they always say DONT TRY THIS AT HOME
