Hi guy i got d same msg but d condition there is a headache

Hi guys i just receive invitation from IPMP 4 job interview after d aptitude test i wrote wit them but what is really my problem nw is d issue of paying (8k) for their conference as part of their requirement for a candidate consideration.
What should i do nw? To pay 4 their conference in order 2 b considered (nt given job) or what?

I also got the same invitation. I pray for our success. Meanwhile am in lag.
