yes they should be able to do it if they are a legitimate carlcare store, just go with your phone and receipt.

256 GB storage? Wetin person won use am store? Thats too much. My phone has 65 GB storage and i've been using the phone for a year now and i never fit use 45 GB from the storage despite having alot seasons films, american films 1000 plus music on it. 265 GB thats really crazy

I rather buy a new transition device and warranty than a used flagship phone with no means of verifying the condition and no warranty
