There is a vacancy for a Front Desk Officer in a real estates company located in Lekki, Lagos.

Applicants should preferably reside around Lagos-Island or not far away from Lekki.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITY

Attend to visitors and dealing with enquiries on the phone and face to face. Supply information regarding the organization to the public, clients and customers.

JOB FUNCTIONS

 Answer the telephone, screen and direct telephone calls;
 Take and relay messages;
 Provide information to callers;
 Greet visitors entering the organization;
 Direct visitors to their correct destination within the premises;
 Deal with queries from the public and customers;
 Ensure knowledge of employee movement in and out of the organization;
 Prepare letters and documents;
 Receive and sort mail and deliveries and ensure delivery to the appropriate employee;
 Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically;
 Ensure the reception area is tidy;
 Other jobs as assigned

JOB SPECIFICATION

• OND in social sciences/Liberal Arts; (Preferably OND qualified Candidates)
• At least 1-2 years’ experience in a Front Desk Office job;
• Very good spoken and written English;
• Good interpersonal skills;
• Attentive to details;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
