Planning to build another duplex @ ibadan for rent, it is too hard to get USD now. that's my problem. Someone said Naira will become steady when it comes to 350 per USD, is that true?

Hi, I made payment of US dollars for the goods to their Builder Union Group company account, and tranport & clearance I paid directly to their transport agent office in Lagos, though all of these payment before shipping, at least it made me feel at ease since I was paying to two independent parties. You can also make full payment of goods cost and transport and clearance to Builder Union themselves, but paying to two companies should be better to protect ourselves.

sorry for my late response. I traveled, just come back. The sofa total set with middle table I paid USD1300, transport USD600, Clearance Naira260k I paid in Lagos. They have a transport and clearance agent, it's also a Chinese company. My kitchen is not big, I paid USD700, transport USD80, clearance Naira 31K. Their price is not so cheap, but when I see their goods, I like their quality,and all my friends like these China products. That's why I come here. Its simple, not to promote China goods. By the way, am living at NFE, lekki area in Lagos.

Hey, the furnitures I bought from China arrived finally. I waited for 20days for production, 40days to ship, and 15days for clearance at Apapa port. Thank God, 2.5 months after payment, I got my furniture from China factory. And it deserves bcs its beautiful and cost much less!
This is my third time to buy from China. First two times I bought computer and Ipad for my son. I paid online at Chinavasion.com and the goods arrived to my door about 55days.
This time I supposed to buy locally, my wife wants to buy from Lifemate or Bedmate, but one of my friend bought all his sofa, kitchen cabinet, wardrobe and toilet, bathtubs from Builder Union Group in China, and told me their quality is much better with a lower cost. So we later decided to give it a try.
Pls, I want to upload picture but don't know how to paste it here, so I make attachment of my kitchen cabinet and sofa from China. But my own is white, as my wife like something unique. Do you think my white sofa matches my sitting room? And my kitchen I choose orange color, also from Builder Union, they give me design on extractor space and microwave space. My wife like it too much.
Anyhow, only one problem for me is that when I make order, I buy US dollars at 230, but when I pay balance I have to pay 270 naira for 1 USD!
