How is this news? You mistakenly sent money to whom you have never met… then came online to complain that someone is trying dupe and keep your money. There is no ‘intention’ to dupe him here. This is something he should handle with bank , police/court and account owner… If it were that easy, people would call their banks to reverse charges after making purchases. You go to restaurants/hotels/bars and spend millions and then call banks to reverse charges. He has to go through the legal/proper channels… and he doesnt want to do it.

And he has been on the matter since last year and had gotten obi's number from his bank and contacted same Obi who refused to send back the money.

I have mistakenly sent money to someone and I went through the same process and contacted the reciepient who quickly sent my money back.

Sometimes when you intend to send money via transfer, the name may not appear . This was how I got into that jam. After that , I always ensure the app verifies the account recipient name and bank before I hit send.

Bashir made a complaint ion his Twitter handle calling out his bank for not assisting him to recover his money that he mistakenly sent to a wrong account.

Bashir was dragged on twitter by the obidient mob for no other reason that that's what the mob does ..

Bashir is forced to reveal the receipt of the transaction and the name of the individual whose account he mistakenly sent the funds to.
