Based on Comp.s issue y dont u get urself a laptop. Its much easy to deal with & very portable. Whenever my flinches i just bundle it up & take it 2 where i bought it. Besides they have some experienced tech. who does good jobs on them.

I think it really doesnt depend on d closeness, its more like what u feel comfortable with when callin ur "Parent". Call mine "Dad" or "Dadi" And he does answer and doesnt sweat over it.
