From the job duties listed by tpia@,BMS is bam but in Nigeria,the doctors are doing their jobs and ours as well.I'm happy people are thinking in the same direction as I am.if we don't speak,who will?as a graduate of physiology,I don't see what the physiology society of nigeria is doing about it as it seems to me that they are all content with lecturing.who are we even kidding?nothing will be done unless the core BMS graduates rise and speak not doctors who go for our Msc and Phd programs and then,come to supervise the affairs of another professional body.can a basic medical graduate be taken seriously by the NMA when he makes contributions to their policies?I joined the physiology society worldwide on linkedin and I'm currently pursuing a grant to enable me do a tv show for a year through which basic medical sciences will be brought to light and hopefully be included in the government and private schemes of service.its a tough fight but with one voice we can be heard.nothing good comes easy.
