Factoryfitted:Go and buy house in Guzape with your 700 million net worth then you qould understand that there are millionaires and billionaires |
Gotocourt:The Coscharis Group recently acquired a Japanese auto OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer). OEM companies produce modular components or products that other manufacturers integrate into their finished goods. For example, Apple does not manufacture all the components used in its devices; it relies on OEM companies such as Samsung for OLED displays and Corning for Gorilla Glass. It is encouraging to see Nigerian companies making significant investment strides across Africa and beyond. The Dangote Group’s ambitious expansion plans in countries like Ethiopia demonstrate that Africa has the capacity to drive its own industrial growth and economic development through intra-African investment and enterprise. |
femi4:Canada go do you like you take cana. You go find job tire you no go see unlike UK especially if you are in a certified profession. Nurses/Doctors/Pharmacists/Engineers can transition into their careers easily in UK but for Canada you have 2 options Factory / Care Work or return to school. The PR pool/backlog don choke, LMIA ticket don cut, Asylum way dem don revise am. Aside the current immigration pressure, no where beats US for the possibilities an immigrant can achieve, men don establish back home with just cash jobs alone oo because e too plenty. You fit manoeuvre your way through legal technicalities for US unlike any place else, the Nigerian guy Guobadia was an illegal immigrant but he was a $ millionaire owning chemical plants in US before his ex snitched on him to ICE. I know about a guy that went on work-study visa and overstayed, today he owns a McDonalds franchise in US, Trump didn’t catch him in 1st Term, during Biden Tenure he sharply married his oyibo pepper. |
Sharp tactics, too many loopholes have just been blocked. |
Baba drop anoda lamba, You never lick Baba Blue reach me back then and my tongue never get this kain color. So No to Drugs |
Bankowner:Who borrows more than rich people in the entire world, Otedola that broke free from over $100m bad debt is still rich today, so what is your point. Try to be valuable enough so that people can take huge chances on you. |
What is the big fuss about billionaire or not ? Definitely, when a Nigerian say someone is a billionaire, they mean in Naira of course. And how difficult is it to be a billionaire in Naira for god sake when the currency's value is at the weak end and a billion naira is less than $1million. In fact, if things retrogress further, being a naira billionaire will become as mundane as being a naira millionaire. You see a man that moves in a convoy of at least 2 vehicles worth a combined purchase value of 120 million Naira (low end) and you think that half his net-worth is tied up in his cars ? No, for you to move around in vehicles worth above 100m Naira you definitely have a venture that produces that volume of money either in profit or revenue. If 100m is your profit per year, then by conservative estimate of 5% ROI you are operating on a capital base of 2 billion Naira. As a sole entrepreneur, are you not a billionaire ? If 100m is your gross revenue, then your business can be fairly valued at a billion naira depending on the Industry you operate in. This world is varied oh, don't use your small mind / network to shoot your self in the foot with poverty mentality. When you sit and realize that you can make a billion naira in revenue if just 2000 people in your state that has a population of over 1million people buy your bread that costs 1500 everyday of the year, you shake off that funny mentality and start thinking right. Everyday you walk past silent naira billionaires. |
This set of politicians are emboldened by the docility pf the masses. All of them are fixing their children into pre-mature positions. Although it is not new, the modus operandi has taken a new dynamic, before politicians will get their children into civil service or public aide positions to "grow" small nowadays they transform them from university graduate to legislator overnight. If Nigeria mumuness grows, a Governor's son will succeed him. In Wike's words "if I don't travel for official assignments with my son who then will i go with" |
Aunty rest, no be you be the first small girl with a big god 😂😂 Small upgrade wey zaddy activate you don go hire PR firm at least wait small till the smoke rises far away from the fire before senior madam cut off the source |
motymop:Some companies give Intl students non-collateralized loans, banking on their future salaries in the their country of study. You don't touch the money, the company disburses it directly to the school. If you fail to pay, it will affect your credit score, and damage your financial standing in the country so you just have to pay once you start working. |
Mhenn this is where long term planning would have been helpful. I know people who pre-empted all these early enough in Joe Biden’s tenure and got Canadian PR even though they didn't need it at that point. Another lady (pharmaceuticals career) got in early, years ago and completed her bachelors. Trump's first term was during her 3 years STEM-OPT, H1B was unsuccessful in the first year, she didn't even bother to re-apply, she quickly redirected her efforts to Ireland through their critical skills list PR pathway and left US before her time was due. Being abroad gives you some form of increased mobility, don't tie yourself to one country. The goal is to be in a better environment that can support your growth which is not one country in particular. |
He tested his juju but old age made him forget he broke one of the requirements last week ![]() |
Too many cooks they say, spoil the broth. You gather self-seeking politicians across 30 states into one party and expect them to serve / wait on each other ? Nah |
Make Una no remove am from that chair ooh, He is hanging on for dear life on the other side If he senses that he is not holding something and start free falling na madness zone he go enter ![]() |
Which of the pdp ? Wike or Makinde's PDP |
ppogba:Anyone wey come your mind is correct But make una take am easy, una erection too dey give una direction, na why Nigeria dey spoil fast fast for una hand. Who knows how many wrong decisions or monies have been diverted by your big ogas just to satisfy their wives/sidechicks/girlfirends and the impact it has on the country. Sculptors in the ancient Greek and Roman civilization sculpted leaders with small phallus to symbolize intellectual self-control because the believed that a large phallus was associated with animalistic lust and a lack of leadership-worthy restraint (Go and confirm). You can see that it is ancient knowledge that lustful people make bad leaders. Control yourselves for goodness sake. Na so dem use woman catch Mazi Nnamdi Kanu for Kenya, just imagine. Men use your head. |
These our neighbors and sexual indiscipline na 5 & 6. But if pesin talk now, dem go call am names. Sexual abuse cases by Nigerians in UK/US/CA, dem carry am like trophy Home way, no different. You go hear the following: MC O1 slept with my wife while I was serving him faithfully and I had to go and apologize to him with 10million (just imagine, based on real story, google am). Pastor Daddy sexually abused me in church, raped my daughter who went for prayers. One big GO like dat still dey battle different women every year wey make allegations about things wey sup for "special corridor prayers". Actress A1 steal Actress A2 husband while they were close friends. Actress B having 4 children with 4 different fathers. Alhaja X1 having 3some with her husband. Actress C set up Actor B with her underage adopted daughter and he fell into the trap, he claims she did that to punish him for refusing to date her. just imagine. gbo gbo nasty nasty narratives. Nawaoo, ihe nka owu rice ? |
Political Drunkards. They fight at day and make love at night. Fickle as ever, all to benefit their pockets and status. |
The issue is that a steep rise in minimum wage will result in corresponding spike in the price of goods and services. Nigeria doesn't have a strong price control mechanism for essentials so the cycle continues |
Inspirer1:Don’t come up with that baseless talk, the only reason Tinubu let Buhari contest ahead of him is because the previous president was a southerner with over 5 years in power. However, Buhari left power after 8 years and 2 northerners (Atiku / Kwankwaso) were dismissive enough to contest as if Presidency belongs to the north alone. |
sandra2025:Then life would truly lose its bearing. Everything we do today is based on the urgency generated by the consciousness that tomorrow is not promised. If humans never die, nobody would take life serious, people would refrain working because certainly hunger can’t kill you. People would be totally careless which is detrimental to development because growth from innovation involves meticulous repetition and testing. Most important, nobody would believe in an afterlife which will throw any iota of morality out the window. Imagine a world where no body feels guilt or shame for doing something wrong. |
Gotocourt:Honestly, Atiku is not more popular than Obi. Aside tribal sentiments, why does the north choose Atiku, someone who hasn't governed a state in over a decade, what has he done for his constituents in recent time. Peter Obi enjoys more popular cross-regional support than any other politician today. Tinubu's northern "votes" are reliant on APC's control in the region. If the North was PDP dominated, he won't gather anything significant in the North. |
Shimbo96:Don't deflect, you know what I mean. The North is not as varied as the south. Equitable representation demands that the north should give tolerate others too. Imagine the impetus by Atiku and Kwankwaso to contest for presidency just after Buhari a fellow northerner ruled for 8 years. It is telling of how the North sees the rest of the country as inferior. So your point is invalid. Again if the north feels a southerner leading this country is not in their favor then they should seek to break out. At least the SE that expresses that mentality has secessionist agitations. Let the north have theirs or are they parasites ? |
adams123:One of the tenets of good governance is effective representation. If the northerners feel that a combination of southerners can not represent their interests in this nation then they should champion the struggle for balkanization of this country. |
The real question is, why must a northerner be on every ticket ? No presidential ticket has ever not included a northerner either as president or VP. As if the country is made up of Northerners and others. Whatever reason that tries to justify this anomaly is also a good enough reason to split this country and let everyone rule themselves. |
AllBlack:If the pass mark for an exam is 50%, then the person that scored 49 and the other who scored 0 both failed the exam. Practical wisdom suggests that rather than sit on fence, choose a side and be ardent in your choice. Be the good guy through and through or be the worst sinner you can be; so that whatever happens on the other side you can certain, you got what you deserve. |
You removed subsidy on fuel, electricity, this and that, reformed tax bill to "widen the tax net" yet you are borrowing even more than the predecessors you lampooned. What has this Government actually achieved ? F9 in Fiscal Management. |
