Not necessarily fear, it's a typical case of exotic infection, an illness caused by an agent that is not native to that region. This affects the ability of the patient to heal properly due to lack of immunity. Medical professionals and medications in said region are also not best equipped for these sort of cases so the patient's chances are usually slim.

That is why it is advised to undergo malaria treatment before you travel to certain destinations, in-order to eliminate the inert parasites. If you travel without adequate treatment and fall ill with malaria there, you are at a disadvantage because they don't have malaria treatment readily available there.

The case also applies in reverse, there are certain bacteria / parasites prevalent in temperate regions that wouldn't survive in the tropics so a typical African would have no immunity to it. why are some of you like this. Did it occur to you that these companies pay taxes and are supposed to be beneficiaries of their collective contributions to the government purse. No doubt there are untarred roads everywhere in the world but not in the major veins of the transportation network. This particular road is what is called the East-West Road and it is a Federal Road., it cuts 3 geo-political zones, yet for the sake of bureaucratic corruption, these major roads are neglected for maintenance in favour of new ones where the most margins can be made.

All I have to say is this: wherever you find yourself in the Western world as a Black person, try to represent yourself properly. Everyone has stereotypes they are willing to perpetuate about Black people, so do your very best to disappoint them bitterly with your very best.

He sat down and eventually had to tilt his seat just to get a better view. He glanced at me and gave me one of those fake smiles, and I pretended not to notice.

I told myself right there, I cannot worship God with people who behave this way.

Also, if you see a crime report involving a Black suspect, you’ll see people who would swear they aren’t racist commenting, “Usual suspects,” while White suspects don’t receive the same treatment. So don’t let these people use you to score cheap points.
