Hello house, how many of us got the invitation from tek-expert. With respect to opening of their new operation office in Nigeria.

My friend and I from same company in same unit and job function got the tek experts offer. We currently earn 120k monthly. He got 2.6m gross annual pay with 13th month and I got 1.56m. Why cus he schooled in the US and I they think is a "bloody graduate" (2.1 of elect elect from the prestigious ABU Zaria). My homeboy was off course happy with the fantastic offer but was furious at the injustice done me.
I on the other hand accepted the offer cus of the prospects I envisaged but I was left perplexed and honestly don't think I can give in my 1000% like my friend would do. Also, a lady from another ms partner company like ours got 180k monthly cus she bagged an IT degree in England.

Now to all y'all saying the salaries will be improved after probation, oyo is ur name...they sent u a one year contract which u signed and delivered and u RE there hoping for a promotion after six months. You either deal with it or get the f**k outta there..no offence tho. So you think they will review ur own after probation and leave those who got 200k abi. How do u tink they will feel...this people has F**ed up big time from the beginning so let's just add values and develop ourselves thru them and look onto entrepreneurship sooner. PEACE

Obviously this is seriously unfair. Maybe this salary differences will be ratified after the probation/ training period. If not I can't imagine what will be happening in the workplace where people do same work with different pay.whats happening in American location may reoccur.

Got same info from a relaible source this morning, We keep enslaving ourselves to the British. Very bad. Mini pay is #1.2m in oda countries, if you think i lied, u can surf online. At times i wonder y am a Nigerian

We are even earning close to $3 dollar per hour compare to those rascals in USA earning $13 to $15 minimum

It's so bad and disheartening.but any company doing that in this age of media exposure to information is doing themselves a disfavour.

It is our owm people that put us into this position.
They actually came in with a good offer. But jobberman stepped in and convinced them they can get the work done for far less.
But the good news is that there will be intensive trainings through the probation that will put everyone in the same page. Then the enumeration will be balanced with an increase because ghe would have invested massively in you and won't wana let you go easily.

O boy you sound like you get correct source of information. Let's be optimistic.

Guys, chill, hopefully they will call all of u. I guess they have alot at hand. The person who called me seemed not to want to waste any time. When I wanted to ans a question. And that was close to 6pm. Supposedly after work hour. so hopefully they will.

Google it is a response to his question: whats the billing all about. Not abt salary difference. And not support for billing, it a change of offer which u can reject or accept.

I was actually asked if I was interested in customer service incase Support got filled up. I gave a positive response.

Guys, is it proper to bargain different pays for the same job position in the same company? Is it done? Would that be fair when someone realises that eventually while on the job. What's your take?

Every company has good and bad side. More so depending on the person managing the location. Good that we are previleged to see reviews from other locations.it helps me to prepare for the worst rather than get discouraged.however our standards are quite low here so may not be much of a problem.
Good to know the interview ends tomorrow and let's start the expectation.
