Cross the road and board a cab plying the stadium road, alight at mummy junction. The sea of heads around adjoining vicinity will tell you exactly were the exam is holding.

you can still apply to some UK schools now, better to have an awaiting admission than none

2017/2018 PTDF SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME (MSC)
NOTICE OF APTITUDE TEST FOR SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES
This is to inform all candidates that applied for the 2017/2018 PTDF Overseas and Local Scholarship Schemes (MSc) that applicants have been shortlisted for the APTITUDE TEST in respect of the scholarship award.
Applicants are advised to visit the application website using their PIN. Successful candidates will be able to log on to the site and print out their notification slip containing information on time and venue of their tests.
Invitations will also be sent via email/SMS.
The Electronic Aptitude Test for the selection of candidates for the award of 2017/2018 PTDF Overseas and Local Scholarship (MSc) will hold simultaneously in designated centres across the country on Saturday, July 8, 2017 as follows:

Port-Harcourt South-South
Lagos South-West
Abuja North-Central
Enugu South-East
Bauchi North-East
Kaduna North-West

Please note that only those who met the requirements as advertised are shortlisted and invited for the Electronic Aptitude Test for Master’s Degree candidates. Selection for the award will be based strictly on performance in the Aptitude Test.
Oral interviews will be conducted for PhD (full time) candidates on dates to be announced later.

Those are the key sections with which they will use in shortlisting, it doesn't mean if you fill the other sections you'll be penalized. Also, the additional information section is key as it carries your residential address and that will be considered when shortlisting so they won't take you to a test centre very far from you.

question is, do I fill the (Additional Information Section) of my profile? as I think it's a continuation of the Personal Details section. kindly advise me. Abeg if it sounds foolish, jump and pass

Input the UK school you have been admitted for. The scholarship is for 2017/2018 academic session. In the drop down box, you'll see Provisional Admission, Awaiting Admission List and Graduated. Choose provisional admission if you've already been admitted or awaiting admission if you've not received your admission letter.

OK..just understood what you mean, another hitch my proposed course isn't on the list, I've just emailed them to request they add it to the list.
