Look I deal with engineering projects in Nigeria and interact with some of the contractors involved in these projects on ground.

The only gate into and out of the ICC is the one facing the Old Enugu Rd. The second one facing wonderland is permanently locked because it leads to a swampy part of the land.

The Fun City has one entrance gate from the expressway and something they call a service entrance leads around the back from Arthur Eze which they will be forced to convert into a main entrance since the designers never thought deeply about traffic planning.

Yes this is an educative forum not one for sychophancy. Government should always be open to criticism and I will never hesitate to point out flaws when they don't follow best practices.

Young man, Gov. Willie Obiano interlocked the two gateways in ICC to car park, and intentionally leave that large space by the left hand side for future (5star Hotel). So what swampy entrance are u talking about?

I understand that frustration can make one to frame-up/believe whatever that makes them sleep well at night, but misinforming people is way too far.

Tribal sentiment apart: Umahi is a big disappointment. Even Barrister Fashola (former minister of work) who is not an engineer did far better than this. Fashola timely delivered quality work on the other lane of this road... But Engineer Umahi keeps playing politics with his work. Using cooked up stories of disagreement with contractors as excuse for his lack of capacity.
Judging from the video, u will agree with me that the already completed lane by Fashola looks more solid than the one Engr. Umahi is handling.

Let's call the attention of Federal government, MTN (who are funding the project Under tax credit fund) to this disaster.

Coming to Orlu State I don't think you guys have to give much attention to Amah70 come Kikake because his argument is last kick of a dying man. Orlu whatever has die a natural death. Any state creation outside Anioma state (without viable economy, human capital, and large oil deposit) is a dead trap by enemies of Igbo Development/ agenda, and any Igbo rep pushing for any state oder than Anioma is either suffering from infirioriy complex or a kindergarten house member who does not know his left from right; being used to distract Igbo long term development plan.

A local government chairman may not be able to build capital infrastructures but he can develop human capital. Even a local government chairman that knows his onions can construct road... E.g Hon. ASHA, immediate past Idemili north local government chairman built roads.
Or do we talk about Hon. Chibueze Offorbike, current local government chairman of Aguata. We all are seeing the magic he is doing in human capital development and education sector.

Another good thing about the current Anambra State Government is that all Agencies, ministries, contracts are working... No ghosting.
Even Awka Capital Territory Development Authority, ARMA...has never been this proactive.
