Pls I discovered some time ago that whenever i have above 50 naira on my sim mtn takes the 50 naira away once 12 passes and leaves the balance. I hoped it would stop and refused to reload my line for about two weeks. I reloaded yesterday so I could do the 25 naira night plan only to wake by 12.30 and I saw just 15 naira. Anyone experiencing the same issue?

I used my last cash to buy 100 naira Airtel airtime to do the Airtel opera bundle so I could Whatsapp and extract a little money from my family. This was a day ago. My money was taken but no bundle. Oya, I called Airtel customer care and I was told to wait 12 whole hours. Being a broke ass student without money to buy another one, I managed with a friends support to contact family. 12 hours later I called and my line was still being worked on. Okay, another 12 hours my line is still being worked on. This is 24 hours. Oya I called customer care again and told them abeg return the credit lemme sell. The customer agent told me to wait that it is still being worked on. I tried calling this evening nd I'm not being connected to an agent.pls has anyone observed such and how can I resolve it?
