yes dear, it is a federal institution represented in all states in nigeria, wit hq in kaduna. Certificate is nationaly accepted to futher ur studies in education eg masters in education and phd in education. A pgd education certificate is equivalent to a b.ed certificate in terms of grade level and step.

well i may be wrong, but to me, any water dat crosses rivers state is a subsidiary of d high sea, cos the state itself is surrounded by this same high sea, which gives it d name rivers.

I think its a very welcome development. Congrats to the ube teachers. Pls any news on ppsb posting list.
