7MB/s was more than enough for unlimited internet in 2022 and even now in 2024. Also that was my plan IIRC, ipnx offer up to 1gbps. I’ve even downgraded since then because of economy and as long as it’s unlimited the speed isn’t an issue asides streaming.

Yeah 7MB/s is very okay for streaming but may not be okay for downloading which of course depends on what the person is downloading... I mostly download my pc games, game like GTA V which is around 50 - 60 gig will take time... Anyway the 1Gbps speed, i usually see that in foreign countries, i dont know if Nigerian Network provider really have it or it is just something they put on paper for advertisement it is not like we don't know the type of country we are
