You really don't understand the case at hand. It is a case of INEC deliberately changing electoral figures which is different with what was obtained from the polling units and BVAS.
Even in their own CTC which wasn't signed by party agents, a simple arithmetic calculation shows that Asue won with over 40 thousand plus votes.
The only hope for APC is for the case to be struck out based on technicalities.

Funny enough, this same boy is well known as a staunch APC supporter. He was among those arrested by Ogbe boys on the eve of the election with fake electoral materials and handed over to the police but unfortunately, the police released him.
The big question is this, if he was a PDP tout, why was he not gunned down or arrested by the police? Rather, he was being carried around in a hilux van.

If EFCC was actually doing its job as it claimed, why go to hotel where Asue Ighodalo witnesses were having a pre trial briefing? Why didn't they go to Okunbors house to arrest him or even arrest him since last week? But they chose to arrest him on the eve of the tribunals sitting. This was the same way the IGP went about arresting PDP party leaders on the eve of the governorship election.
