Have seen southerners in their hundreds begging for alms in the North?

While most southerners living in the North are assets with verifiable sources of livelihood and address, same can not be said about northerners living in the south. They are mostly liabilities.

You produce hundreds of children you can't cater for and you load them in trailers and dump them in the south. Where on earth is that done?
