OP I just want to disagree with you on some points you raised. If you say Oshiomhole did not perform as Governor, you are telling lies you know it. Everybody here in Benin knows that Oshiomhole performed creditably well. His only misfortune was him wanting to play the godfather which he kicked against by trying to deny Obaseki a Bini man a second tenor and supporting Ize Iyamu which he onced described as a thief and a cultist.
Why it will be easy for Asue Ighodalo to win is because of the strong believe that it is the turn of Edo Central to govern the state and other political parties are not in support of the Esan agenda so Edo South and Edo Central will just form an alliance to deliver Asue Ighodalo as the next Governor of the state.

The federal government could not pay December salary and they have since stopped paying the wage allowance it promised it's workers.
In other words, Obaseki has done even what Tinubu could not do.

Are you aware that the federal government refused to pay it's workers their December salaries? Now Obaseki not only paid December salary but also paid 13th month. Meanwhile he pays the highest minimum wage of 40k in the country.

The bible says a labourer deserves his wages. God bless Obaseki for consistently paying Edo workers and pensionsers their entitlement despite paying the highest minimum wage in the country. Now he has paid 13th month in addition to salary when other states are busy looting workers salaries.

I pray the next government sustains this good gesture in addition to fixing of major roads in the state.
