We are glad to offer you a position as Intern in Accounting Department for the period of six (6) months.

You shall report directly to the Accountant.

Role/Duty:
1. Assist with account payables and receivables
2. Assist with audit preparation
3. Complete miscellaneous, special projects of the Finance department as required
4. Compile and analyze financial information
5. Tax returns preparation
6. Prepare report on tax returns
7. Retrieve credit note/ taxes returns from clients.
8. Organize files and documentation for reference and audit purpose
9. Research new methods for efficient costing and pricing
10. Assist with preparing monthly expenditure
11. Assist with inventory (Tracking and update)

Education and Skills Required:
1. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Word, Power-Point and Outlook).
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. A self-starter with a strong desire to learn
4. Strong organizational and time management skills
5. Smart
6. Ability to prioritize tasks and handle assignments simultaneously
7. Current or recent enrollment for an undergraduate degree program in Accounting.

Candidate is expected to exhibit good work ethics as abdication of duty and truancy will not be accepted

Monthly Allowance: N20, 000

We are looking for an additional member of our Business Team.

Job Title: Account Manager
The role of the Account Manager (AM) is to develop and execute the strategic sales and marketing plans for the key accounts (Business Plan outlined by the Director of Sales and Marketing).

The AM shall be responsible for managing all areas of business relationship with the key accounts

The AM is the main contact with all key accounts and is the liaison between the various business departments and the key accounts. The Account Manager reports directly to the Senior Business Manager

Work Requirements
I. Learn and have basic knowledge of all product line
a. Grow existing product offerings
II. Strong interpersonal skills, including effective presentation and listening skills
III. Building and nurturing internal and external relationships
a. Meet set targets
b. Maintain record of clients, birthdays
IV. Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts and help the company reach sales target
V. Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to maintain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling
VI. Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account
VII. Meet deadlines for delivery in assigned accounts
VIII. Respond to bids
IX. Prepare proposals and official letters
X. Report to Sales Director
XI. Any additional duties assigned by Manager

We are seeking a smart and fast learning candidate to fill the position of technical officer/supervisor

1. Education
Must have a degree in Engineering or Technical field
Must have at least a pass level

2. Experience
Must be experienced in working with Cisco, Ubiquiti, Huawei and Mikrotik devices
Must be skilled in studying new devices and cracking the complexities
Must have worked with media converters
Must have worked with Microwave radios e.g Ericsson, Rad,Cambium etc

3. Job description
Carrying out and supervising installation of devices such as media converters and aggregators, switches, routers and microwave radios
Planning links using different devices and preparing detailed report on link performance
Planning and carrying out technical schedule based on jobs at hand
Use technical knowledge along with sales skills to provide advice and support on a range of products, for which a certain level of expertise is needed.
Advising on best approach concerning technical matters
Conduct link tests, remotely login to devices and rectify issues
Technical Customer management
Work with and learn about applications including data Security
Manage 1 or 2 technical personnel(s)
searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximising client potential in designated regions;
Managing and interpreting client requirements
Liaising with sales team on a product or service that best satisfies clients needs in terms of quality and delivery;
Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education;
Working on after-sales support services and providing technical back up as required;
Arranging and carrying out product training;
Preparing reports for superiors and keeping customer records;
Meeting technical targets
Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs;
Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts;
Helping in the design of custom-made products/applications;
Providing training and producing support material for members of the sales team.
