That said, let me state that i have nothing against the incumbent president as a person but his antecedents as a deputy gov, vice president and now as the president has not shown him as being sufficiently prepared for the tasks ahead i.e. His refusal to declare his assets on assumption with the then President late Alh. Umaru Yar'Adua to office, His handling of the Nigeria's withdrawal from FIFA saga, his FEC's decision to build 6 new universities in the geo-political regions as a panacea for the problems in the educational sector, lifting of the ban on some hitherto prohibited products which we could easy produce here and last but not the least his overwhelming attachment to our former president OBJ.

A vote for BB 2011 represents an endorsement of a team with a mind of their own and with a proven ability of getting results without requesting for 12 or more years to achieve this.

It is really unfortunate that some forumites can make spurious and unverified allegation without qualms. it's really unfortunate! Agent Kayode as far as i know him is not a fraudster as accused by some persons here. I remain eternally grateful to him for helping me resolve my accomodation problem last December 2009. The transaction unlike my previous fruitless encounter with other agents lasted only about 1-2weeks. And guess what! i got to know him right here on Nairaland.

He helped me get a good r/p self container in Ijeshatedo for which i have since moved in and in no time of the transaction did he strike me as a fraudster 'cos he made sure all that needed to be done was legally and properly done to secure the accomodation for i am almost approaching my third month!

So when anyone trade accusations it is only proper they back it up with facts 'cos labelling one a fraudster is a weighty allegation which should be substantiated and proven beyond every reasonable facts.

For confirmation call my number 08055821548 and i wouldn't hesitate to avail anyone interested to knowing the authencity of assertion about Messrs. Agent Kayode by me.

Obama yesterday accepted nomination as dem presidential candidate in DNC for the Nov '2008 US election. What are his chances and how do you see his speech at Denver this morning?

He was a glory to behold while the Hope 93 campaign lasted because of the quality of mobilisation he carried out before and during the elections. But he wouldn't have made a good president because he had so much dents in his pedigree which he tried seriously to correct by way of philantrophy and embracing the downtrodden but all that would have changed if he had finally gotten power because his reckless and ruthless nature would have truely come to the fore. To this end Obj and IBB would have been mere children compared to him.

Yeah, i regret not also buying Big Treat, International Brewery, Zenith Bank (in its first IPO) and Oceanic Bank. But i had a big smile late 2007 when i snapped a huge number of International Energy Insurance stocks at N1.90k (check out the present price).
