I just got the success mail today. I'm going for the assessment on Wednesday, this 2mill is serious o. Still debating whether o should do it or not becos it's just annoying. Why can't they be like other banks? Does it have to be so stressful?!

Panel interview assesses your confidence level, your response to questions and thorough understanding of any answer provided. you basically be asked the ff viz, Tell me about your self, why access bank,core values of access, how does your course align to banking activities, and describe a time you when you work in team. HR interview is basically d same but on an hyper confidence n assertive mood. prepare, pray n you will be just fine.

The interview was OK, though its not my first time there so they didn't ask much questions. They didn't discuss the pay cos we still have another interview on weds with access bank itself. But I'm guessing it should be between 45-60k. I'm not sure
