TIEFNUBU never graduated from CSU.
He did not fuflill the requirement and frankly dropped out(If indeed he attended)
The reason CSU never issued him a certificate.
He had to keep paying some unscrupolous individuals at CSU to keep providing 'fake attestations of ATTENDANCE' only.
All they could state was that TIEFNUBU attended the school not that HE GRADUATED FROM THE SCHOOL.

If you graduate. . . do you not have a degree or certificate to prove you completed the program?
Since he had no primary, secondary or university certificate to produce to INEC, he had to FORGE ONE!
Now, here we are!

Notice CSU tried woefully to duplicate TIEFNUBU'S FAKE INEC CERTIFICATE?
That was the end of the matter. .TIEFNUBU ENDED UP WITH 2 FAKE CERTIFICATES FROM CSU!
