Mine is self funded entirely, although started in 2016. At a point got discouraged about the whole thing, cos my source of finance was cut off, ever since then, its been there. But in 2022, started it up again, and glad to say the roofing is done. Lest i forget, its a 5 bedroom duplex, with two sitting rooms, and a studio
