Does ICES favour registered nurses for ECA?

Hi, please is there a registered nurse in the house that has used ICES for evaluation. Wes didn't give me a positive evaluation and IQAS is over burdened so they are slow now.

Please who has tried ICES for evaluation of registered nursing result. I am trying to do relocate to Canada and I understand credential evaluation is the first step.
