FIRS is a Federal Government Agency established by the Law. Their functions are stipulated in the Act that established them. You are free to research in order to be fully informed so as not to mislead people. It is also important to state that whether an incorporated company changes name or re-brand or not, it cannot in anyway prevent FIRS from carrying out their duty.
