You are correct, we found out recently there was a refusal in Dec. 2020 but the agent kept it from us because he summited a wrong statement of account. He replied 3 times in 2022 which states invalid application because necessary documents where not submitted. I was down but better now. Don't know who to tryst anymore. My IELTS is expired have to go through the stress of rewriting, giving up is not an option for me though. I really need an agent I can trust to assist with admission and Visa application.

It's not easy to tell but in my experience if the status shows FINALISED it's either granted or refused, meaning the first one must have been refused and this should be the second application . If you reapplied in June/July, then you still need to wait and processing could take 3 moths

My agent has refused to share the login with me I re

In that case, just be patient and wait for immigration decision, bear in min Australia visa processing takes much time and efforts and often requires patients .

My school actually sent me a mail on 22nd June saying they saw immigration issue visa non grant BUT viriation states INVALID. They requested a proof before they could defer to Sept 2022 intake. I sent them the mail sent from home affairs requesting a Medical check, biometric and updated CoE. Have been given CoE, Biometrics done 23rd June and Medical 6tg July for the 2nd time.
I don't just understand anymore.

Medical same day (I already secured the date weeks ahead).
Biometrics 22nd April
S56 27th June
Grant 28th June
I applied for the visa myself (I used an agent for the school admission).
After I got my COE, I applied myself and God crowned my efforts with success.
I only submitted the documents that were asked on the checklist and handed over everything to God.
Employment letter, Academic certificates, confirmation letter and promotion letter.
That's all.
See ehn, ONLY God gives visa. Not your qualifications not your GTE statement.

Use ziplock, label them by typeing the botanical name, Expiration date, name of factory, production date etc... On an A4 paper of each item. With this u are good to go.

Can I reapply without waiting decision of the first application?

If the admission is still valid, apply for the visa yourself. It is easy and does not require any technicalities that you won't be able to attend to.
Just ensure you attach all necessary documents
