I'm nt surprised at d cut off mark for kebbi state, they beg them to accept education there. My aunt did her nysc programme in d state and she taught in their university sec sch, she told me dat once d students go on break they all head to their diff homes frm there and dat'll b d end of sch for d day.
IMO, d government shud make their educational system more fun mayb dat way they might ve interest.
