My wife landed in Vancouver on July 05. At the POE, the immigration officer asked about her profession. That was it. The sad thing was that her luggages were held in Vancouver for a day before they were sent to Alberta. They opened all the food items and condiments.

Both refusals were SOWP. First was online but my NOC didn't meet the requirements. Although, I updated my new job via case enquiry but was still refused.

Second refusal was paper based application. The VO doubted the legitimacy of my marriage, wife's travel history, job prospect for spouse...

Final application was online. I submitted a 50 page additional documents. All they needed was proof.

Letter of explanation stating she's my wife and that I would take care of all her expenses
Marriage certificate, lots of pictures from Traditional Marriage to civil marriage, police report, reference letter from her previous employer (I told her to stop working after we got married), world remit and banking transactions to spouse, my T4, reference from my company, last three paystubs, Bank details, benefits for spouse and I from my company, letter of acknowledgement for PR, letter from my member of parliament, letters and assets from my dad and father in law, and lots of prayer o

I was able to snipe all my additional documents before uploading and it was about 3.97Mb

Nice. If you want to update his job, you could use the case enquiry link below but I doubt if the Visa officer is gonna look at it cos they process what was initially submitted. You are definitely fine since ur hubby had a Noc A job b4 u applied. It doesn't hurt, you could go ahead and update.

My husband jobs is a NOC A categories but he just moved to another company and a better position still a Noc A and a much better pay. Though his initial job pay which we used to apply is OK and above the LIcOs cut off but his new pay doubles and I feel might help the application better. Thank you

Was your husband doing a job that fell within NOC O, A or B b4 you applied? If no, I advise you to cancel your application and reapply.
If he had no job b4 u applied, you should cancel as well cos these people don't look at additional documents after submission except you were requested to submit them

I just applied for SOWP online recently, submitted on 1st of April and biometrics on 6th of April.

My husband got a new job few days after I submitted my application, I want to know if their are ways I can inform IRCC of this changes or I should just wait till I am been asked. Thank you.

I submitted my husband's SOWP application on the 26th of September 2017 after an initial refusal in July 2017, and the application was approved today. All is well that ends well.

Congrats. Were the applications paper based or online?

She should apply for pnp. When she gets nominated, you could then apply. You could also apply for visitors visa

Apply for your PGWP and include your husband. You must definitely get it since you schooled in Canada. Submit the requested documents online and you should be fine
