In that age bracket, your kind of tie would be different . You only need to proove that you will be abck...I am sure of the MSc one.

Obasogie00:
Sorry boss
Please do you mean someone going for BSC around the age of 17-20 does not need home tie??
TravelRe: Lithuania Student Visa by chrisderson: 11:20pm On Sep 02, 2020
Well, we don't know if it is %79, it is just what people may think. I saw people who were interviwed with me who di not get the visa. Even if it is %79, it is still not %100

Most of them were denied for such thing as

1) impersonation

2) Lack of sufficient funds

3) Fake Documents.

40 Lack of ties in Nigeria

The embassy actually tells you why your visa is denied. They do.

NkemJesus:
What cloud be the course of the refusal after granting them interview? Because I know that before they call for interview the level of approval is like 79/100. So what could be the reason of refusing them after interview? Any ideal please?
TravelRe: Lithuania Student Visa by chrisderson: 9:13pm On Sep 02, 2020
Yes, a lot...I have seen a lot...Interview makes or mares it

Swazy22:
have you seen anyone that got interviewed and still got denialed
TravelRe: Lithuania Student Visa by chrisderson: 11:31pm On Aug 29, 2020
Be nice to have some money in the account...Be also nice to have run the account with some money for sometime by way of deposits and withdrawals. I once of deposit of millions may not be enough,

CAC documents needs to been valid for sometime. Like, you can't submit a few month-old CAC, it would mean that you only registered your company just to secure a visa. CAC should be at least a few years old. It needs to be an existing and running business, not a dormant one. The company's bank statments should show that the company is actually doing bussiness. Tax receipts will be required too.

Just make copies of the origanl and go with it for application at VSF, they will take the copy but before they do so, they will need to see the original documnets

Rousel:
Thanks although I have a few questions
1) For a Masters student any range of money expected to be in my account?
2) For a self employed ,any idea of age of the CAC certificate and possible value of assets that needs to be presented?
3) How do they sight the original as stated in other words whats a better way to show the original copy of credentials?
TravelRe: Lithuania Student Visa by chrisderson:
The interview is the final stage of the visa process. My visa was grantted two days after my interview.

Chances of getting visa depends on submitting enough authentic and satisfactory documents that are not FAKE. Also, you need to have a good reason why you have applied for your course. Your future plan must align with your course of study and you need to highlight this link during the interview,

You need to know the course you applied for. You need to link some of the subjetcs of the course to your future plans after studies.

You need to have documents that shows that you have ties at home like proof of landed properties. marraige status. Proof that your job will be waiting for you when you are done with your studies. Rememeber, a fresh high school graduate who is 17-20 years going for BSc does not need all these things I have mentioned. If you are going for Masters especially after years of finsihing your BSC, they gonna need to be convinced that you have been doing something with your life before application. You see, you need to observe contexts here.

I submitted my application 29th of June and I was interviewed on 5th of August .

Swazy22:
What can you tell us about the interview? What are the chances of getting the visa after interview. And also what can you say about those , that has not been called?
TravelRe: Lithuania Student Visa by chrisderson: 11:24am On Aug 29, 2020
FIRSTLY; NO FAKE DOCUMENTS. THEY WILL CATCH YOU AND BAN YOU FROM THE EU FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS.. THEY VERIFY ALL DOCUMENTS. BANK STATEMENTS , DEGREE CERTFICATES AND SSCE CERTIFICATES. THEY VERIFY ALL

I was an MSC applicant, so I had to include a strong motivation letter, proof of work, I am self employed, if you are not, then you will need to present salary payslips.

Letter of intent to study addressed to your work place (believe they’re called NOCs),

Your cv.

Study leave approved by your office.

You need a sponsor letter,

Sponsor's proof of employment, sponsors financial documents (salary/tax slips) Bank Statement with at least, 4 million Niara balance. More than 4 million is cool as our Naira continues to depreciate.

If you are going for MSc, then it is advisable to have your bank statement added to the sponsor's one. If you can fund it up to 4 million Niara, then it help you more.

Had my certificates notarized, data page of passport for myself and sponsor,

Admission letter,

Proof of admission,

Proof of payment of fees,

Mediation number/letter from school, two passport photographs in white background,.

Some of the documents depend on whether you are applying for MSc or BSc.

I applied for MSc so I submitted the belwo., They will sight the Original but you will only submit the Copy:

Passport data page (Same for if you have previous passports)

Neco or WAEC Certificate

Health Insurance

Degree Certificate

Degree Transcripts

Some other professional certificates

My Bank Statement (Masters students are advised to have their own bank statements with funds in it and/or that shows the proof of employment or economic activities. Can also be for the purposes of sponsoring your education in Lithuanian.... You should also include a sponsor's bank statement. BSc students can just show their sponsor's bank statements ) The thing is, if you are going for BSc, it is expected that you are still too young to sponsor yourself. If you are going for BSc but you already have employment, not bad if you include your own bank statement

A motivational letter that will clearly state why you have chosen your course of study, why you have chosen the school and why you have chosen Lithuania. This letter must include your research ambitions for the chosen course

If you are self-employed, they gonna need your certificate of business Incorporation from Corporate Affairs

A letter from your sponsor and his/her bank statement

Try to notarize all your academic credentials like WAEC/NECO, Degree certificate and transcripts (If applicable)

You only pay a processing fee of 11 thousand naira. If you want your passport mailed back to you when it is back from the embassy without you going to VFS, then you will be made to pay another 4 thousand naira for that.

They may call you

They may not call you

No straight answer to this

It is solely at the discretion of the embassy

TravelRe: Lithuania Student Visa by chrisderson: 10:24pm On Jul 22, 2020
If you are submitting in VFS Nigeria, you should choose Lithuanina Embassy in Turkey when filling up the form.

Intended dates of arrival and depature should follow the dates stated in your mediation letter as depature and arrival date.

Translate your mediation letter using google translate from Lithuanina language to Englihs and you will see all these details.

Mmeber state of first entry is Lithuania.Even if you will be trasiting, it would most likely be a few yours to get into a connecting flight.

Go to your school's website, where it says "SCHHOL'S CONTACTS" you will see your school's full contact details, the comapny code could be stated there too. If not, email your school and they will give you their compnay code. Company code is like a tax registration code.

shawnmich:
Please house, i need assistance from someone who has already filled the visa application form online for student visa.
When filling the form, it asked for Consular post *, Which location will I choose, since am using VFS, which I choose any location I wish or what will I do.

I paid through a relative who lives in Europe.

Paid the excat equivalent into her savings account in Nigeria.

She transferred the money to my school stating my full name in the reference

HappyRabi:
How did you pay for the application fee, am about applying to LSU
TravelRe: Lithuania Student Visa by chrisderson: 1:29pm On Jul 20, 2020
Make it a round trip

Once you get a visa, you can decide what you want

You may even use a different airline altogether

azingo:
Okay thanks...are we booking one way(just going) or round trip (going and coming).. I noticed round trip for one year seems impossible to book..
TravelRe: Lithuania Student Visa by chrisderson:
"EASILY" ?

You have to provide the right documents first. Make sure none is fake. Prepare for any interviews and provide the answers they want by convincing them that the purpose of your visit is justified or genuine and you are good to go.

Nothing like "EASILY" give visa.

HappyRabi:
Does Lithuania easily give Student visa to 9ja students?

TravelRe: Lithuania Student Visa by chrisderson: 12:53pm On Jul 12, 2020
Things like WAEC/NECO , degree certificate and transcript needs to be notarized by the ministry of education and foreign affairs. But you can try submitting at VFS without doing the aforementioned and see what they say.

hayzed89:
Good afternoon, when we say notarization, do we mean taking our documents to law court for notarization or a notary public lawyer? Or taking documents to Abuja for attestation in ministry of foreign affairs which one among them. Thanks
TravelRe: Lithuania Student Visa by chrisderson: 12:28pm On Jul 12, 2020
Paid with POS and they insist that the bank card must be yours and bear your name. Transcripts are a MUST for MSc...A MUST. Well, as for notarising, I guess it will be more helpful to do it. You can ask them about this when you get there considering that you said that you have not notarised it already. Maybe they will accept it. You will find out from them.

Ceeflo:
Did you pay via POS or you went with cash, and will you say transcripts are very important for msc submissions, considering we have our skvc and notarized certificates? I have my transcript copies, but I’m submitting on Monday, and don’t have it notarized, I have the rest of everything you stated. Can’t notarize on a Sunday, do you think I should put in the transcript as it is, or just keep it out of my other documents considering it is the only thing that isn’t notarized ? Monday is the only submission day, and I can’t afford to submit next Monday.
