A chemical free skin toner i recommend is EXTRACT PAPAYA CALAMANSI WHITENING SOAP & LOTION, All goes for about N1200

Yeah thats true, your skin iz too sensitive...even if you try using lemon wash it out after 15 minutes.

Now as for a skin lightening lotion yu can use Extract papaya lotion too...

The soap doesnt lighten african skin so fast...me im using it too, it only removed ma acne, and other stuffs but didt lighten me....maybe its because i was hell dark tho

good morning sir, please I have dark spots on my laps as a result of break out from dove body wash, I read where you recommend papaya whitening extract soup for it but I want to know if it applicable to dark skin people with a very sensitive skin though I'm not black somehow tan colour.

presently I'm using dove beauty cream bar as soap and avon cream, the only good thing now is my face is smooth compare to before which I don't know if it as a result of the soap or cream.

As for your dark spot you can use Extract soap or Idole Papaya soap...

your dove beauty bar soap and avon soap iz nice...you should keep using it..

The only way to get rid of dark circles round your eys is applying your skin lightener around it...close ur eyes wen applying your cream and apply it in a circular pattern..maybe you neglect that area unnoticeably..

The reason why your eyes itche aint the reason for the dark circle..

If you feel your spots aint fading then you can try applying lemon juice to the area before bed time..

scrub well while bathing & drink alotta water...

Hyper Pigmentation is caused by Excessive production of melanin...

USE LEMON TO GET RID OF IT:

Lemon contains citric acid that helps bleach the skin,
making it a popular home treatment for hyper pigmentation.

This natural bleaching agent can effectively fade dark blemishes on your skin.

Extract fresh lemon juice and rub it on the skin using a cotton ball. Leave it on for about 10 to 15 minutes, and then wash it off with water.

Follow this remedy twice daily for a few months until you notice improvement.

Alternatively, you can prepare a facial mask with equal amounts of lemon juice and raw honey.

this is normal....her neck is darker because she has alotta folded flesh there....try stretching her neck then ull see her natural color....

maybe she should concentrate on lighting her neck...tell her to use a skin lighting soap....i recommend IDOLE EXFOLIATING LIGHTENING SOAP for this...

maybe i was wrong by asking you to stop scrubbing your face, you can start scrubbing it now.

Apply Olive oil To Your face...
