I hope you know what lifeless mean? It doesn't neccessarily mean someone is dead or dying. It means one is visionless, passionless, without a drive or enthusiasm. Any honest person who observe things in nigeria should never doubt Trump. I dont think he intends an insult, he is just being blunt with the truth.
