The manager too for the first time at Old Trafford, was seen questioning the Philosophy itself and looked much like someone low on self-confidence. He was quoted saying in the post match interview:

“In 25 years of management, I evaluate myself and part of the philosophy is making an evolution. I’m not the same coach I was 25 years ago because I am – or was – a very successful manager.”

However he also maintained that change of management will not help the club’s cause a lot.

“I don’t think a change in manager now will change things.”

I love this club but we have to accept that we have been run very poorly and are getting exactly what we deserve at the moment. We have too many players who are not up to the standard and don't have the fight in them that they should have. I would be happy enough if we gave it a go and had grit, determination and belief, but many of our lads shy away from tackles and believe that since they play for us that good things will just happen magically. We have brought in two managers following SAF that clearly are not good enough and have been unable to motivate the players. You can't blame the owners as they opened the purse strings but to no great benefit. I have been saying since last season that I don't think we have the quality for top 4 and play more like a 7th place side and it seems that is where we are headed yet again.

I know that many people think that with our fan base and money that we will get back to the top sooner than later, but if I am being honest right now I see a giant in massive rot and decline. I mean we could do a Liverpool here. We need the board members who know the game to start making better decisions and bring in someone who can do a job for us. As it stands right now we may not make the CL again, and no matter what we think our status is, many top players will not be happy to move to Manchester and play for us in our current state.

Like i also said. I dont like the guy too. But he's grown to be a confam CF and a goalscorer. That's something we efficiently lack right now. But if u get beta solution, then lets hear it....

Visa approved this morning but I was super vexing for most people who got denied. Like what? A guy who was supposed to go study graphic design was asked what is graphic design and he said "it is all about designing stuffs like bill boards" what? I frowned, he was just in front of me and the VO was very disappointed.......

Please don't fake accent....I have lived and worked in the UK for three years and have a cockney accent, even when I talk to Nigerians I find that they change their accents to talk to me, that's what i was hearing today at the embassy, people using fake accents that made them sound stupid......I was laughing and frowning at the same time. Others were standing there like JSS1 students giving presentations. It's meant to be a conversation people.

For everyone that got denied today, I kept saying "I won't employ these ones if they came to seek employment at my company"

I will prepare my transcript in the form of tips and post for others....I asked two questions on Nairaland [one here and the other on the ask VO thread] because of a previous denial [when I was out of employment]

I got the embassy(Lagos) around 5:30 am for the 6:30 am appointment today. I passed through security then straight to the interview room!. I was among the first 10 people that entered the room.... I did my biometrics then sat down waiting for the VOs to come out, while we all were waiting for the VOs people started coming in and the room was filled up, so they had to usher us to each window so we would be interviewed. Funny thing is that, i was the first person on the queue to be interviewed in Window 6 but the VO never came out o..... I kept saying a prayer that God will not allow any Vo that would denial me come out oo..... I wait tire!!! till they took me to another window... The Vo i was taking to was one beautiful young woman sipping coffee!......

VO: Why do you want to study in this state ?

ME: I can't remember all i said here.. ( But i talked about the state having a Low crime rate, making it very safe for me to study without distractions and fear)

VO: How did you find out about this school?

ME: I did an extensive research online using academic website such as usnews.com, Education USA, Princeton review and google.( VO was nodding her head)..

VO: When did you finish high school?

ME: 2009

VO: What have you been doing ?

ME: I have a National Diploma in Computer sci

VO: What are your plans after you finish your program?

ME: I have to come back for my One year NYSC then take over my mother's Firm

VO: OK i have approved your Visa.... Pick up your passport at.....................

We should grab one of Lukaku or Vardy in January. If we cannot buy some of the best players in the world, we can buy the best in EPL like the way Bayern Munich did.

I wonder who between the two will fit the philosophy better. Lukaku gat height and will offer aerial threat and power. Vardy gat speed and intelligence.

1stly, I don't know Why our Rivals so concerned about our defending of the league. They are just so worked up to see what Mourinho has in stock!

2ndly, Chelsea are still the strongest in the league and don't need to buy so much to Win the league again.. We just need 2 players to be stronger.. A DM/CM, and a RMF.. Then we are good to go in all competition..

Lastly, We own the league this season again.. None of our Rivals will even come close.. In the next 5 Years, We are guaranted the league for 3 seasons.

I keep waiting for that team to falter I know it will happen but a top 4 finish may be in the cards for this team if they can stop the big teams from poaching their players.

I wish we don play Chelsea already.
