Job, pending program, house in your name business in your name. Child , sick parents or sick grandparents are all ties you can use. If your sponsor is based in canada it raises less suspicion
And how do I go about 'sick grandparent' cos actually my grandmom is illhuh

Thanks.

Thanks for your swift response. You are right but like I said I'm currently unemployed, no house or business in my name, not married. I have 3 siblings though, I'm d last child. My sponsor is based in Nigeria. My sponsor has got some lands but even if she's to bequeath one to me now, it will look suspicious. Can u expatiate more on 'pending program'

Hello House. Please can someone help me answer this:

I have been unemployed since October last year but I'm currently undergoing some certification courses which is in line with what I'm going to study. I was given a letter from the IT comp.sch to prove this so I intend adding it to my application to show that I've not been idle. Now my qtn is, how do I tackle this personal asset & financial status I'm seeing everywhere as a reason for denial? (Since I'm not working) I'm not sponsoring myself & i don't want to include my personal account because its 'RED' cry. Also please, how can I prove home ties. I'm 28. My sponsor is solely responsible for everything Canada-wise till I atleast get acclimatized & probably get a job. Application is for study permit.

Please respond.

Hello house!!! I'm new here but I've been following d thread though. Nice work everyone for reaching out & helping each other in your own little way. To all d gurus @yemdogg, @arcayo, @nonelikeGod, @michV, @lawmerchant....God Bless you all. Please I have a question and will appreciate a response.

Please is it wise/ok to apply for a study permit visa by oct (say 1st/2nd week at most) against January start date? I would have loved to defer to spring start date to provide me ample time to package the required docs & also give d embassy some time but d course I intend going for isn't running at dat time. It only runs for sept/Jan. My offer isn't out though but I'm told decisions will be made by 2nd week/towards d end of sept & I'm sure ild be admitted by God's Grace. Should I go ahead & apply then considering the time btw oct & Jan? Also I heard there are usually few VO's at dat time cos of d festive period which is approaching..,how true is this pls?
