Congratulations bro, focus on your education because it's your primary aim in that institution, every other things (religious gathering, social gathering et al) comes second...
Because you should focus on your education doesn't mean you should give up entirely on those other gatherings though. Do them but with caution, see them as social gathering for learning also. |

For the proposed National Sports Festival, Enugu which will be the first to be hosted in the South Eastern region of the country. It will be a thing of pride to make the Festival not just a memorable one but a World Class one that will put Enugu on the map of the World properly.
With the upcoming Festival it's now a thing of necessity to remodel our sports facilities notably the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium (the Cathedral) just like the Kasarani Stadium of Nairobi is being tweaked for the Nations Cup with a covered roof and a proposed lush grass.
We can do it with the Cathedral also by Covering the roof, increasing the capacity a bit and some turnaround gentrification for the stadium, this should not be for just the Sports Festival but for the hope that the National Football Teams will also make Enugu their home like they are doing with Uyo.

IGBOPROMISE1: More likely to be water pipes.
All the mistakes made with the old Enugu should be avoided with this new one they're building. And these include ensuring things like water pipes are layed to reticulate water to all premises; no open gutters; underground cabling; open green areas and at least one park (and i'm not talking about motor park); and they should ensure there's enough space between the walls of properties and the main road so trees and grasses can be planted. Excellent submission... I just wish this New City will go on to become the best on the continent pushing Eko Atlantic City to the rear, it will go on to open up the Eastern Region of the country to the world. |

NwaAmaikpe:

I am ashamed by this, really ashamed of this as it has only demystified men from alphas to weaklings.
Except the men were lined on a queue, asked to slot it in, move it back and forth twice and bring it out for the next man to do the same, then there is a problem.
If my maths is any good, the formula to know the average time spent is; t/n Where t = total time in minutes. n = number of participants.
∴ t = 12 hours = 720 minutes. n = 1057 men.
720/ 1057 ≈ 0.68 minutes per man
Converting 0.68minutes to seconds = 41seconds.
Women have been complaining about one-minute men and we claimed they're just throwing shades, but it took the average man 41seconds to ejaculate here!
We officially have a generation on seconds-comers, so we shouldn't blame women when they stay up at night with their fingers tucked inside their panties or an armory of sexttoys.
We caused it. Our grandfathers had several women to exercise their prostrate glands with, but today's man has been so effeminated that asides having only one lady in his life, he can't even get sex more than thrice in two weeks from her.
Tell me why such a man won't ejaculate under a minute if he ever slots his floppy into another woman's drive? Weaklings indeed 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 |

NwaAmaikpe:

If my calculation is right, she was pregnant at 15? If I didn't read any better I would have sworn this was some fiction set in an imaginary town in the Northeast, but it happened amongst us, the non-liberal sophisticated intellectuals.
That aside, the fastest way to get into trouble as a man is to be in a relationship with an immature lady.
God knows I'd pick an evening newspaper with floppy boobs over a GenZ with projectile-like hooters for many reasons.
An evening newspaper will never lose sleep over an upset male partner because she's been passed around by loads of guys in her lifetime to know that most men are scum, but younger ladies barely understand their own emotion, so they take drastic actions whenever faced with those subtle mind games that men must employ in relationships.
It's the married woman in her 20s and mid 30s that from getting advice on how to better handle her partner ends up shagging her colleague bestie in the office cloakroom.
It is the younger ladies in their early twenties and late thirties that would slice a man's preek off while he's asleep just for commenting on another lady's whatsapp status.
It is also the younger ones that will commit suicide just to either spite you or get you into trouble.
You see the older ones; those akpuruka women with tough kpekus in their mid forties and early fifties? They come with less drama, grant more independence and know how to love when they eventually get a man.
Because asides having tasted life to know that most things are vanity, they appreciate firsthand that a woman's greatest laurel is a husband. Welcome back... 😅 We can now heave a sigh of relief from the calamitous bulaba administration with your insights about life, especially sex , relationships and marriage... 😅 |

Rivers State see Fubara, he is from Opobo and Bonny, create a corridor for SE, which is a tourism region because we go there on holiday.
Soon the whole Nigeria will be going there for holiday.

This is highly strategic by Landmark Group
Nike Lake Resort, one of the most beautiful resorts in the East that was almost left desolate before the past governor of Enugu State; Gburugburu, gave it some lease of life will now blossom to its full glory now that an astute entrepreneural group wants to invest in her.
Watch out as this Resort turns out to become one of the best in the country!
Welcome to...

MrEverest: Hmnn. They mentioned 4 states in Nigeria where they're going to invest. They've mentioned Rivers, now Enugu. I hope Oguta lake in Imo state is among the remaining 2 states. That's just strategic and a bullseye for Landmark... Nike Lake Resort is a place where nature meets modernity and its potential will definitely be harnessed by Landmark Group... The Hotel was almost abandoned before the past administration of Gburugburu somewhat brought it back to live together with its sister's hotel at Nsukka; Ikenga Hotel. With few tweaking around the facility, Landmark will ultimately turn it to one of the Grand Resorts in the country. |
