Can't the DSS pick up this werey who is putting a very useless bounty on the head of a Nigerian citizen? Nigeria is not an Islamic state— why would an islamist be putting a death sentence on a Nigerian citizen and the DSS wouldn't consider such as a very gravious offence against the state?
