They asked me the first question which I answered and got disconnected when I was about answering the 2nd question.

I'm still hopeful to be re admitted.

Hi guys, so I was fortunate to conclude my interview. They continued my questioning from where they stopped in the morning. I was surprised they still remembered. Thank God for everything.

Hi guys, been reading the thread on guest mode for a while. Just finished my virtual interview. The interviewers were patient. MS Teams kept glitching because of MTN network [they expected it already]. So they were patient. The interview started at 3:10 I think [Originally scheduled for 3pm]. All I'll just say is nothing is written on stone. Minus network I'll rate the experience 75%.

Simply asked for my professional certificates which[i] I no get[/i]. I expected this already. Instead, I discussed my role as an editorial member on an energy journal which they liked. I also shared my articles with them. My mission was to make them know I was making efforts professionals certs or not.

These guys really looked cool TBH and even thanked me for waiting for 10mins. When you're given 5mins to speak on your personal statement OWN IT. I think the interview lasted 15mins.
No document was requested.

I agree that they should find a way to optimize the programme but to say it's value is restrained to media publications alone is something I don't agree with. I have checked the profile of a lot of scholars, most of whom have gone on to find roles in and out of the industry. At the end of the day, education and improvement of the quality of your labor force never goes to waste. Scholars can be better utilized yes but I don't find the current system as having no benefit.

Given the tumultuous nature of the economy, I reckon it will be very difficult to get a solid commitment from these firms to accommodate around 200 (assuming we're not including PhD) scholars yearly. Companies in this industry are already cutting down on recruitment to begin with. In fact, most of them are downsizing. The fact that you said graduates in these more advanced countries are resorting to menial jobs says a lot. This makes the whole situation very tricky. As far as government agencies go what you're describing is not quota system but nepotism, indicative of the kakistocracy we live in. All round the inefficiencies you speak of are a microcosm of the whole economy and give rise to a chicken vs egg question. In the end, I truly believe that one should have the tools to find his way after he's done studying whether it's in this country or somewhere else.

I just checked my spam and discovered the interview link was sent to me yesterday at about 12:38am. I advise you do same. I have been checking my inbox and spam all these while and it happened that i finally found it in my spam folder.

Thank you so much. I have selected yes in response to the mail. This is what I am planning to do. My first date was on 31st June.
On PTDF site was 27th and link came with 27th.

Now, I received another link with different time but still maintained 27th. I will have to start login with the earliest time and date.

By God's grace, I believe it will be hitch free.

It wasn't a mail that was sent. It changed on my PTDF page.

The 1st mail for June 1 by 2pm noted that a link will be sent in due course. I later realised that the interview date was changed to May 31 by 10:30am on my portal with no further mail or link to that effect.

I'm yet to get the link for the interview. Should I reach out to them? I was originally slated for June 1 by 2pm. It was later changed to May 31 by 10:30am but I'm yet to get the link. Is anyone in this situation?
