Unreliable company, high level of incompetency, multiple billers, terrible / unprofessional customer service agents, 29days plus delay on delivery with nothing but flimsy excuses, A courier company that tells you after payment your item MAY arrive destroyed and they wouldn't be held liable after full payment is made. Big shame of a company. These are the people that give Nigeria a bad name all over the world when they try to compete with reputable names... Big shame to everyone associated with the administration of this company. Big one.

Im stun Im so sad I really wish I saw all these negative comments before patronising shoptomydoor. My experience with them was so terrible... they gave a delivery date they didn't even come close to making (still haven't received my package). They were not even aware of the situation, and were so unremorseful and unprofessional about the whole thing. Terrible customer service and terrible service generally. Big shame
