Ok, in order to get everyone to pay up in time so we can start all our promised works like the culvert and the royal palms, it is becoming necessary to fine everyone who has not paid up by end of this month a 10% charge on the amount they owe.

Oga Spyder880, for those who just purchased this month with a 3 month arrangement are you also going to charge them for not being fully paid up when the 3 months are not yet up? I don't expect so but just checking for clarification.
