Benue state has only recorded one case 4d past 3months.....does it mean that nobody has it here in benue or not......why are pple not dying in benue if dis corona really exist?. . as far as am concerned, there is no corona in 9ja....

What are you talking about. If he doesn't get it at home, he would get it elsewhere freely and willingly. This is the 21st century. Norms, values and ethics are relative not absolutes. They can be teleological rather than deontological.
