That's not true at all. A registered car is a registered car. If u remove the plate number then dat vehicle wil have a multiple registration with same VIN number which is a criminal offence. That is why CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP is stil done in licence offices. Again, if u buy a new car n decide to use this plate number u remove frm ur old vehicle on it, its also an offence because the plate number has been registered with the other and its vin number, though pple @licence office might want to manipulate it for u....bt one day u might be unlucky on d way and might me caught. Well if what the lady narrated is true, then it's negligence and that is bad. That being said, I have learnt never to judge a one sided story. We have not heard from the other party involved. It may or may not be exactly how it was narrated. I have also read a lot of comments here and I must say it is sickening how people condemn Nigerian doctors. We may not be at our best considering the prevailing conditions of our hospitals. No one has ever come out to commend doctors. Does it mean that no one has ever benefited health wise from the medical services of a doctor? Hell no. But you will never hear commendation. It's only condemnation. I pray God gives Mrs. Chazb the fortitude to bear the loss.
