Hello happy sunday folkz...I opened a Us personal paypal account 3days ago nd paid in $3 just for test nd den transferred $2 out........leta dat same day I was sent $150......I tried transferring d money to my oda paypal account it told me "I couldn't transfer money right now dat if I kip getting dis msg I should contact paypal or dere customers service" so after 12hrs I successful transferred d money.....yesterday morning I was sent $120 wen I tried transferring d money same msg popped up nd nw it's more dan 24hrs. What do u guys think d problem is?
