First Timer Here.

URGENT ADVISE
I intend traveling to Canada by February next year as a TOURIST to start my Visa application process next week. My question is

1. Can my hotel reservation alone get me a visa, since I have a healthy Account Balance

2. What other supporting documents do I add to the one I have below.

I have the following documents with me

My company CAC Reg Cert.
Tax Clearance Cert.
Income tax clearance
Land property docs worth 2.5m
Land C of O cert
Statement of account above 7m

I want to apply for a UK VISA, but I have a friend in UK to send me her necessary documents.i.e Invitation letter,
Data page of her passport,
utility bill,
Statement of account (6month)
Tenancy agreement/mortgage...

As for me can I use my uncle as a sponsor
If yes-- what documents will I get from him

What documents do I provide

The documents I currently have are
1. My passport,
2. My Bank statement ( no much fund)
3. Introduction letter from work
4. Work appointment letter
5.Company I D
6. Land documents with construction currently ongoing on site (worth 3.5milliom)

The reason am using my uncle as sponsor is to assist with his Bank statement and documents to back my application.

Can I use his Bank statement
If Yes-- what are other documents do I get from him.....
