I don't see why it's hard for anyone to believe that the device was designed in Nigeria by Nigerians - it's basically a remote controlled mechanical arm on wheels. And I don't say this to discredit the engineers that designed it - it is still being developed after all, and it's a very innovative work at that. Also, it's not supposed to be a bomb 'DETECTION' device, but a bomb 'DEFUSING' device, as there is a huge difference between the two 1 Share
