Anyways, from your explanation it obvious that it a software problem, but to be 100% certain try another battery on the phone and see if it would boot. If it doesn't boot, then try a hard reset or flash the phone through the computer with the right firmware

Oga it's obvious that you are not a phone technician, if you had told me the truth and then asked for help I would have giving you some few tips. Just take the phone to a competent phone technician and stop all the blind experiments
