my tecno pouvoir 3 plus fell inside water,i was able to switch it off immediately and dry the excess water,i opened the phone and used hair dryer to air dry all parts.

A day after i tried to put it on but no sign of life.pluged the charger and the charging indicator light came on but no sign on screen. any hope for the phone?

First thing to check is the battery, if you have a little phone technical knowledge; unscrew the phone then unclip the battery clip from the connector, clean both gently with isopropyl or spirit then clip the battery back to the connector and plug to light then observe for few minutes
If it doesn't come up, then it's either the battery is completely dead or need to be boosted, if you don't know how to boost the battery, kindly get another battery and test it on it by connecting to the battery connector & test it by plugging it to light. If it comes up then you know it's battery problem.
If it still doesn't come up, then get another screen and test it on it, if it comes on then you know the screen got damaged and needs to be changed.
If it still doesn't come up, then you know the board has a problem and need to be worked on or you get another phone.

I've a Infinix X6 that tend to revert my WhatsApp to old version whenever I restart or switch off/on the phone. I noticed that other inbuilt apps too which I've uninstalled are regained when ever the device is restarted. Now my problem is : my WhatsApp tend to display 'date inaccurate' whenever my device is restarted and I noticed that it's need update too. Now the question is how do I remedy this problem? There's the unstable problem of Light from NEPA. So if my device unavoidably switched off now I'll have to re-update the WhatsApp time and time again? Pls help a brother!

Do a factory reset. However, it seems to me that u r using a refurbished phone because there is no phone from infinix known as X6

@starboytwo Get a lawyer.. Please don't take laws into your hands, because the law tilts more in favour of tenants. get a lawyer to Give him quit notice if his a yearly tenant If the tenant is on yearly payment, it is 6 months notice that u'll give him and it will start counting frm d day you served him d notice irrespective of how many months he has not paid.

Once the quit notice has been filed validly for 6 months, any day over that 6 months notice means the tenant is holding over that property illegally and he no longer becomes a tenant but a tenant at sufferance and from there onward you dont need to issue him a quit notice again but an OWNERS INTENTION TO RECOVER PREMISES in 7 DAYS And from there onwards the tenant practically has no defence legally when the matter will be filed at the rent tribunal nearest to you.

Tops with all the adjournment within 3 to 5 months the court balliffs will personally come to serve them to eject them of the premises compulsorily.

Let me give you a summary of what you should do .Serve him the statutory notices ie 7 days and one month,then file a suit for recovery of premises at the nearest magistrate court.

Once the case comes up tell the court you are handling the case yourself,enter witness box and tell the court what the man did and the order you are seeking from them.The bailiff will then enter the box and tell the court that he served the man but he didn't come .The court will then grant you the order you are seeking.You will take the judgement copy and go to the bailiff and pay them for policemen.

The policemen and the bailiffs will go to the man's house one early morning, break his house and pack all his properties to the court premises. I hope you learnt something today from this. Goodluck
