My samsung note 8 wouldn't hold a charge while the phone is in use and it tends to discharge even if being charged with a "fast charger" it charges at normal speeds if the screen is turned off, or is in max power saving mode. Anyone here knows the likely issues of the phone?

Most bontel phone is highly selective, just take it to their service center for replacement of the screen

Please I need help with my new phone G5plus which was sent to me from abroad (USA). The name is G5 plus and it runs on android 9. I just feel depressed for over 5days now because I have tried everything possible. The issue is that my phone network is only showing 2g network. I even bought a new 4g Airtel Sim yet is still showing 2g network. But on puting the Sim card on my friends phone it will show 4g network. If I change my preferred network type to 3g/4g the network bars disappear entirely. But changing it to 2g/3g/4g the network appear s back with a 2g network. Please what do I do, I am not really enjoying the phone cause of slow network.

I'm sorry to hear about ur predicament, however don't be depressed over something that is not ur fault. The challenge you are facing is that of bandwidth, the 4G bandwidth doesn't support most Nigeria's network as it is specifically designed for America's network, try other network Sim, if it doesn't work then try browsing through wifi or you get another phone that supports Nigeria's 4G network bandwidths

Hi guys, so some things have been happening. Decided to keep it a private affair but looks like some people have no value for integrity at all.

I contacted Repairguru (O8O24O9934) for my brand new MI A2 phone that won't boot properly. He claimed he could get it to work perfectly and after much negotiation with him on Whatsapp. We agreed at the price of 6k for his service. We met and I gave him 5k advance fee to balance 1k on completion. that was on 6/1/2020. Well after trying Repairguru (O8O24O9934) couldn't fix it. So we rescheduled for collection and balance on 17/1/2020 because I wasn't in same town. He showed up with the phone and we agreed he'd take 1.5k for his Minor expenses (cable he bought and TF) while he balance me 3.5k. well he said he didn't have any money on him, that he spent the money but he'll balance me up next day 18/1/2020 and took my account details. Since then it's been one lie to another. He will say he sent it but bank reversed it, then moved to he is having issues with his app, then he can't go to the bank to make physical deposit, then moved to he had physical cash and that he sent it already and even wrote his name in the teller notebook over the counter. This one was the latest since yesterday. (14/2/2020). A whole lot of lies he's been feeding me. I've been patient with him, got tired and warned him I'll bring this matter here If he dosent pay. Even gave him 7 days. Guys day 7 came and he asked for 5 days extension which I obliged. Today is the 15th day since then and I'm yet to receive my money.

Repairguru I know you'll read this and I hope you do something about it. Pay me so I can delete this piece because I'm not happy bringing it here either.

The umidigi F1 play I bought didn't arrive and I have opened dispute a day after the delivery period expired which was on 31st of January and the dispute was to end by 7th February 2020, but up until now I'm yet to receive refund from AliExpress. Please I have an iPhone 8plus with a cracked back glass. I gave it to an engineer to change which he did but after fixing the back glass the phone has failed to reboot. It comes on but get stucked at the apple logo stage, it won't reboot. Hard resetting has been tried but it didn't work. The engineer has also been trying all he knows, but no success yet. He later told me that's his first time working on an iPhone 8plus. Can I get engineer that can fix this phone for me here?
