So lagtech wants to tell us that by 28th(next week saturday) items that he couldn't deliver for almost 8 months if not up to a year by now for some pple he would suddenly deliver all that day? Its like pdp telling us they will end bokoharam in 6 weeks, after 6years of endless battles.

I won't lose hope, Lagtech mailed me yesterday saying shipment will land here in 9ja by middle of the week.
I really hope he get it right this time.

We have had a long and stressful period-

Over 2 million naira in losses
Hundreds of customers lost
Packages undelivered

but we thank God for his Mercies.

We thank God for all our customers who not only continued to be patient with us-but kept sending messages of goodwill and advice. I have been contacting our many customers whom we have offended-and will continue to do so.
We apologize to all our resellers and customers who have lost customers as a result of these troubles –our new compensation plan will help you bounce back.

Pick Ups
We lost several shipments and many are still on hold due to a shipper. We have began to replace items for owners instead of waiting and waiting. 3 dual core laptops with webcams were delivered to Mr Benjamin last week from his consignment. 2 Laptops will be delivered to Mr Resourceman this weekend. We also have arrivals for Mr Adeyemi , Nostalgia 21 and Mz K-all available by the end of the week God willing. Everyone with items is being and will be contacted.
The bulk of our pending items, delayed items and replacements will be delivered in the next 2 to 3 weeks.

Refunds
We have refunded over N500,000 since October last year. With almost zero inflow of cash since we stopped business last year-refunds have been difficult. We pledge to make refunds to all those due-but we ask for patience as we make these refunds. We are contacting people with refunds this week so that they have an idea of when it will be paid.

Compensation
Aside from the promised shipment of laptops where only shipping will be paid-we will also be getting sweet deals for all our customers who have lost money from delayed goods.

The foundation is sometimes the hardest part of a building-but when it is completed-it can support any structure.

I wonder why nobody has come here to say 'I picked up my item' since two weeks ago despite lagtech assurance that people will pick up items in the past two weeks.
16th-28th is around the corner.

I recieved this mail this morning from lagtech thus;

"Some of our shippers disappointed us late last year-though not entirely their fault. From Tuesday -we will be shipping and are shipping several boxes of laptops with our new method of shipping. What this means is that these last laptops will land in Naija within 12 days-and if we are still unable to pick our pending items from our old shippers-you can get a laptop from this new batch. Your laptop will thus be available for pick up latest between Tuesday Feb 16th and Sat Feb 28th.
We apologise for all inconviences.
We have had quite a lot of challenges in the last few months and these have made it difficult to keep to schedule and do business the way it should be done.
We are happy to announce that we have surmounted most of these challenges and will resolve the remaining problems shortly.
It is these challenges that have made us unable to deliver services and products on time.
Expect to enjoy exceptional products and services from us in the coming days. We have many pleasant suprises for all our customers."

Pls my Brothers and Sisters, amidst the growing concern about Lagtech inability to this fulfil his empty promises in the past, is the above message front Larget worth believing?

We have almost concluded outstanding pick ups and refund payments.
I Will be contacting all customers with pending items or refunds in the next few days either by email or phone concerning pick ups or refunds whichever is relevant.
The last of our pick ups are pending.
No one will be left out. No one will be owed.

If you emailed or sent a bbm message between Wednesday January 21st and Sunday January 25th-I did not receive it as I had network issues during those days.

Our apologies again for this long drawn out issue and thanks to all for their patience.

Lagtech, you have been telling me 'it is pending' my humble question is "Why is it pending? Why haven't you resolved the issue till now?

To the best of my knowledgeable, Jimmy is sitting on the fence. Any of us who has called him lately should understand his skepticism. Jimmy always exempt himself from this ish by saying 'mine is to recieve message of pickups and act on it'
Pls, lets analyse this whole situation and take a stand. Is it not obvious that there is a big problem?
I hv advocated for patience but Lagtech has now exposed his ploy. Not even a single truth in Lagtech's mouth. I won't be surprised to see him say the same thing he has been saying. Do we continue waiting for him? I feel we should lodge this complain now before it is too late.

I think we're way pass the 'praise singing/bootlicking' stage, this is 2015 not 2014. People here ve been unbelievably PATIENT(FYI 7months) so don't come and play the 'patient' card here, all we need now is prayers; that our oga delivers as promised. Anything other than prayer is pure BS.

Lets be optimistic as I understand Lagtech is working tirelessly to make sure everyone gets his or items.
I have categorically stated it here severally that import/export business need patience.

Having bombarded Lagtech with criticism and questions for the delays in delivery which has put our various businesses in jeopardy, I got message from him today saying he will give update on the current situation of things by this weekend as he hope deliveries will be made as soon as possible.
I have believed that he is working tirelessly to salvage this ugly situation.
So, Patience, Patience and Patience.
Yes I am patient.

Honesty people are running out of patience as shown in previous comments.
I have said it severally that Lagtech should give updates on his activities, that will go a long way in calming our tempers. I hv urged everyone to be patient while he sort things out and now I urge him (Lagtech) to give prompt update on his day to day actions concerning these issues.

The only thing wrong now is the delays in product delivery, it has affected us badly. I keep praying that God will clear these cobwebs on our ways that Lagtech may deliver as he plan to.

You may have been here for years and haven't been able to purchase common 'a pin' from the OP but I came recently and have made purchases, waiting for more pic ups.
I understand your frustration. Well, go and hug electric transformer or jump into the lagoon.
Poor man doesn't venture into such business like this one.
